Why Peer Advisory

Research from the University of San Diego shows that membership in peer advisory groups provide confidential environments where members can share learning, increase connectivity, and build their books of business while increasing satisfaction at work. And according to consulting group McKinsey, CEOs at some of the world’s largest companies are using peer advisory to transform how they lead.

Participants in our peer advisory programs report decreased anxiety and increased confidence and happiness at work, while firms engaging in our programs say their people are less likely to leave and are more likely to contribute at the highest level after completing our curriculum.

The results speak for themselves: more than three-fourths of our peer advisory group members report increasing their client base. 78% are better at crisis management. 81% have improved interpersonal and professional communication. 91% have an enhanced referral network.  And nearly 85% say they feel less anxious about their ability to progress in their career.
