WHAT IT IS: A confidential peer advisory forum of leadership development experts from leading global law firms that allows professionals in those spaces an ability to share resources and best practices while problem solving challenges unique to L&D in Biglaw.  

This group is dedicated to elevating learning and development professionals and helping them cut through law firm noise and make their work more visible and relevant. Group members will learn to demonstrate how their work is integral to talent attraction, retention, revenue generation, and culture.

Topics we’ll tackle include:

• Defending and expanding your L&D budget 

• How to have high-stakes conversations with internal stakeholders to move the needle on your firm’s professional development goals

• How to make L&D an integral part of marketing, recruiting, and retention conversations

• Why L&D needs to be centered around conversations about profitability
